How SiteX analyzes terrain and builds early estimates

SiteX uses high-resolution elevation data, including LiDAR-derived models where available, to support planning-level house-site grading, cut and fill, gravity-or-pump indications, and conceptual driveway-route suggestions.

Early costs use nationwide contractor and government rate databases—not AI-generated pricing. Results are preliminary, not survey, engineering, permitting, or contractor outputs.
