SiteX PROJECT GUIDE

Plan propane or natural gas. See the early cost.

Choose propane or natural gas. Place the tank or connection point, and SiteX uses the fixed or route-based installation assumptions to build the early estimate.

How the gas estimate is built

Propane uses the selected fixed installation fee and does not use the driveway-versus-direct route comparison. For natural gas, SiteX compares a direct service line with a route that joins and follows the Project driveway. It keeps the driveway route unless the direct line is more than 50 ft shorter; if no usable driveway route exists, SiteX uses the direct line. The selected distance drives the per-foot installation cost, with a connection fee and installation credit applied when relevant.

EARLY PLANNING, NOT SYSTEM DESIGN

SiteX organizes the proposed propane tank or natural gas route and the early estimate. Confirm provider availability, service requirements, tank size, spacing, route, connection fees, credits, code, permits, installation, approval, and final pricing.

Keep the gas plan connected to the rest of the site.
